Nowadays, companies try to catch customers and keep them as long as possible. The reason is profit: more customers – more profit. In this case, in my project customer service is seen like the importance of survival of companies on the market. It is easy to understand that customers are a basis of any business because organizations offer its service for customers.
However, many companies do not take into account importance of providing top-notch customer service. The purpose of this work to show how customer service influences on image and reputation of a company on the example of Coca-Cola Company.
